<lb ed="X" n="0951a17"/>體<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0951019" n="0951019"/>能證。心分攝故。猶如相分。自證應非心
<lb ed="X" n="0951a18"/>分所攝。以無<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0951020" n="0951020"/>卽體之能證故。如兔角等。判
<lb ed="X" n="0951a19"/>云、此二比量是似非眞。皆不能離不定過故。
<lb ed="X" n="0951a20"/>謂、自證分、爲如相分、心分攝故、有<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0951021" n="0951021"/>卽體
<lb ed="X" n="0951a21"/>能證。爲如眼識生相、心分攝故、無<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0951022" n="0951022"/>卽體能
<lb ed="X" n="0951a22"/>證。如是前因有不定過。又自證分、爲如兔
<lb ed="X" n="0951a23"/>角、無<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0951023" n="0951023"/>卽體能證故、非心分攝。爲如耳識相
<lb ed="X" n="0951a24"/>分三相、無<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0951024" n="0951024"/>卽體能證故、是心分所攝。如是

<lb ed="X" n="0951b01"/>後因亦有不定。若彼救言、五識三相不離體
<lb ed="X" n="0951b02"/>故、是其自證之所緣境、理亦不然。相分三
<lb ed="X" n="0951b03"/>相不離相故。五識見分亦得緣故。此若不許、
<lb ed="X" n="0951b04"/>彼何得然。設許彼前、此必不許、五識能緣
<lb ed="X" n="0951b05"/>法界<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0951025" n="0951025"/>諸處、法相雜亂。違理敎故。只<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0951026" n="0951026"/>由如是
<lb ed="X" n="0951b06"/>相分三相、於彼二因、<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0951027" n="0951027"/>足作不定。設彼救言、
<lb ed="X" n="0951b07"/>相分三相非心分攝、則有比量相違過失。當
<lb ed="X" n="0951b08"/>知、第四分、有言而無義。　　　二量。</p>
<lb ed="X" n="0951b09"/><p xml:id="pX53p0951b0901">九無性攝論、爲成第八、對彼小乘立二比量。
<lb ed="X" n="0951b10"/>謂八識敎是聖言攝。<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0951028" n="0951028"/>似無我故。如四阿含。
<lb ed="X" n="0951b11"/>又八識敎契當道理。是聖敎故。如六識敎。
<lb ed="X" n="0951b12"/>如是展轉證有八識。今於此中、直就所詮而
<lb ed="X" n="0951b13"/>立比量證<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0951029" n="0951029"/>□□<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0951030" n="0951030"/>□謂眼耳鼻識必有舌身意識不
<lb ed="X" n="0951b14"/>攝餘<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0951031" n="0951031"/>別識。<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0951032" n="0951032"/>非<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0951033" n="0951033"/>二六門中三識攝故。猶如舌身

<lb ed="X" n="0951b20"/><p xml:id="pX53p0951b2001">十成唯識論立比量言、第八必有<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0951039" n="0951039"/>俱有所依。
<lb ed="X" n="0951b21"/>是識性故。如六識等。此因不定、有等難故。
<lb ed="X" n="0951b22"/>謂有立言、<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0951040" n="0951040"/>第八必無<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0951041" n="0951041"/>俱有所依。是根本故。猶
<lb ed="X" n="0951b23"/>如眞如。若言此有有法差別相違過失、能成
<lb ed="X" n="0951b24"/>第八是無爲故、是則前因亦有是過、能成第

<lb ed="X" n="0951c06"/>望前亦有不定、以心所法非六識性有所依故、

<lb ed="X" n="0952a01"/>此非不定。以前立言所依根故。若望心所、但
<lb ed="X" n="0952a02"/>是所依非所依根、法處所攝不待根故。是故
<lb ed="X" n="0952a03"/>彼宗、雖知依與所依差別、未解所依與根有
<lb ed="X" n="0952a04"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0952001" n="0952001"/>異。若論所依、通於八識及與心所。其所依
<lb ed="X" n="0952a05"/>根不通心所及於七八。有破此宗立比量云、

<lb ed="X" n="0952a15"/>疑因。同品無故。如相違因。又立、此因應

<lb ed="X" n="0952b11"/>聞性故、如是一切無不等立。故言所有遍攝
<lb ed="X" n="0952b12"/>一切。由是道理、所聞性因望彼一切皆是疑
<lb ed="X" n="0952b13"/>因。一向離故者、轉成等立諸宗之義。以望

<lb ed="X" n="0952c04"/>情必當作佛。以有心故。如有性者。此因不
<lb ed="X" n="0952c05"/>定、故成不難。爲如諸佛、以有心故、非當
<lb ed="X" n="0952c06"/>作佛。爲如菩薩、以有心故、必當作佛。<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0952049" n="0952049"/>前
<lb ed="X" n="0952c07"/>所立因、言以未成佛之有情故、此因亦有他
<lb ed="X" n="0952c08"/>不定過。爲如菩薩種性、爲如決定二乘。若

<lb ed="X" n="0952c10"/>當作佛。以未成佛有情攝故。猶如菩薩。此
<lb ed="X" n="0952c11"/>有等難、故成不定。如是三人非當作佛。以
<lb ed="X" n="0952c12"/>無大乘無漏種子而非菩薩種性攝故。如木石

<lb ed="X" n="0953a01"/>等諸無情物。又有比量相違過失。謂、五<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0953001" n="0953001"/>種
<lb ed="X" n="0953a02"/>姓中、餘四種姓墮地獄時、應有四德、許作
<lb ed="X" n="0953a03"/>佛故、如菩薩姓。許則違敎、不許違理。此
